How it works

Start from the criteria the submission needs to meet.

Readiness Record shows where you stand, where the evidence is strong, weak, or missing, and where your documents contradict each other.

How Readiness Record works

Readiness assessment to your own standard, at scale, reassessed as documents change.

A named person decides every finding, so the result holds up when challenged.

  1. Choose the assessment set

A published standard or your own criteria, set up once: what the submission will be judged by.

The IPA Gateway Assessment criteria book, standing in front of a shelf of published standards.
  1. Assess evidence

AI tests the document set against every criterion and evidence requirement, citing the passage behind each rating.

Every criterion is rated with the reasoning behind the rating.

  2. Review findings

A named person accepts or changes each finding. The software proposes; it never decides.

Every finding links to the passage behind it, or says what it could not find.

A finding linked to the passage behind it: the cited sentence is highlighted in the source document, and a point the engine could not find is marked Not found.
  1. Generate improvements

AI suggests and drafts improvements to close gaps and strengthen the evidence.

Your authors see what needs work while they're still writing, and get help drafting what's missing.

  2. Reassess and track

Each revision is reassessed automatically. Readiness is tracked over time and forecast to the submission date.

If you're falling behind, it shows where, so you can step in early.

Quality against the decision date: progress so far, the forecast line and how far it falls short of the target.

So, how can you check the assessment?

Reviewer judgement

A named reviewer can read any finding in context, then accept, challenge, or query it. Their judgement is saved with their name and reasons, and the original finding stays on the record.

Signed record

A named person can sign the record at any point.

Who decided what, when, and on what basis.

Also not

  • Not autonomous. We do not sell an AI that decides.

  • The software is not independent assurance and is never sold as it.

  • Not a risk register or a system of record.
